1. Use of This Website
These Terms & Conditions describe the rules and expectations for
accessing the Independent Exam & Review Hub (the “Platform”). By choosing
to use the Platform, users are expected to comply with these Terms and
applicable law. If you disagree, you may stop using the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory legal protections, or creates
permission to disregard a school’s applicable policies.
2. Educational Purpose and Independence
The Platform is a student-initiated, unofficial educational resource
created to support self-assessment, subject review, and examination
preparation. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any educational
institution, faculty member, department, or examination authority.
Course names and academic topic references are used for identification or
educational discussion only.
3. Nature of Practice Assessments
Mock examinations, quizzes, answer explanations, and reviewers are
unofficial practice materials. They are not
real, leaked, guaranteed, or institutionally approved examinations,
and should not be treated as predictions of actual examination questions or
grading.
The Platform does not guarantee that questions reflect an institution’s
most recent curriculum, testing standards, or assessment format.
4. Permitted Uses
Visitors may use accessible materials for lawful, personal study and
educational review. Users must respect copyright, academic integrity
obligations, and the rights of others.
Access to this website does not grant unrestricted permission to resell,
commercially reproduce, republish, or redistribute materials protected by
copyright, whether owned by the Platform or by third parties.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use the Platform to:
- Misrepresent unofficial content as official
examination material or institutional guidance.
- Distribute or seek confidential examinations,
unauthorized answer keys, or unlawfully obtained academic content.
- Engage in academic dishonesty, impersonation,
harassment, or unlawful conduct.
- Attempt to disrupt the site or interfere with other visitors’ access.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or violate
applicable institutional rules.
6. Ownership and Third-Party Materials
Original site designs, original question wording, explanations, and code
may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party works
and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Discussing a lesson or subject does not imply ownership of an institution’s
teaching materials. This section does not imply that every item on the website
is originally authored or licensed; content concerns should be raised through
the contact method below.
7. Accuracy and AI-Assisted Content
The Platform may use automated tools, including generative AI, to assist in
drafting or organizing educational content. Such tools can produce mistakes. No
warranty is made regarding completeness, accuracy, originality, or fitness for
a specific examination.
Use official course resources and your instructors’ guidance to resolve
uncertainty. Questions, answers, and scoring logic may be reviewed and
corrected without prior notice.
8. Scores, Storage, and Availability
Practice results are for informal self-assessment only; they do not
constitute official grades or academic records. Some quiz features may save
progress, answers, preferences, or scores in browser storage on the user’s
device.
Features can change, and progress may be lost if site data is cleared, a
browser is changed, or the Platform is modified or discontinued. The
administrator does not guarantee persistent access or permanent retention of
results.
9. Website Changes
The administrator may update, remove, correct, restrict, or discontinue
content and features when reasonably necessary, including in response to
errors, technical issues, intellectual property complaints, or applicable legal
requirements.
10. Warranties and Limitation of
Responsibility
The Platform is provided “as
is” and “as available” for supplemental educational purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the administrator does not guarantee
uninterrupted operation, error-free content, examination success, or
compatibility with every device.
To the maximum extent lawfully permitted, the administrator is not
responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on unofficial practice
materials or temporary service interruptions. Nothing here excludes liabilities
or user rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Intellectual Property and Content
Reports
Rights holders and concerned individuals may report specific allegedly
infringing, confidential, or inaccurate content. Include, where possible, the
page address, the material at issue, your connection to the material, and the
reason for your request. Reports will be reviewed and appropriate action taken
when warranted.

12. Privacy
The Platform’s handling of device-stored quiz progress, technical website
requests, optional messages, and other data is explained in its Privacy Notice. If additional functionality, analytics,
or third-party services are introduced, that notice should be updated to
accurately explain the changes.
13. Applicable Law and Revisions
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of the Republic
of the Philippines where applicable, without limiting mandatory consumer,
privacy, or other legal protections.
The Platform may publish revised Terms with an updated effective date.
Continued use after changes may be subject to the revised terms to the extent
they are enforceable under applicable law. Material changes may require
additional notice or consent where legally required.
This Platform
is an unofficial educational aid. These Terms do not grant permission to copy
protected academic materials or to violate examination rules.
